Homemade bread

Para acompañar a las comidas siempre usamos el pan, pues que mejor forma de disfrutarlo que haciéndolo nosotros mismos.

Para esto este peque nos deja una receta super rica, esté hecha con thermomix, pero si como en mi caso no la tenéis, siempre se puede adaptar amasando nosotros mismos y así ganar músculo. 😂

Receta:


Ingredients for bread:
-15g fresh yeast
-300g water
-15g salt
-500g wheat flour
-Molds for loaves of bread
Steps: 1.- We begin by incorporating 300g of water into the glass and program 30 seconds at 37 degrees speed 2.
2.- Now it is the turn to incorporate the 15g of crumbled fresh yeast and mix 5 seconds speed 5. Next we incorporate the wheat flour, 500g, add 2 teaspoons of salt, we program to knead for 2 minutes.
3.- Next, with floured hands, remove the dough, shape it into a ball and let it rest in a bowl with plastic wrap for 1 hour.
4.- After the hour of rest, we cut the dough into two equal parts and with the help of a roller we stretch it and we fold it over itself to get the shape of a bar.
5.- Finally it is the turn to put our two bars on the mold with baking paper. Sprinkle with oil and sprinkle with flour, let stand again for 1 hour, covering with a kitchen cloth or plastic wrap in a place free of drafts. After this step, cut with the knife in 3 or 4 places and sprinkle with flour again.
6.- Bake with heat down at maximum power for 15 minutes, so that the result is more crisp we can help ourselves with a little water splashing at the base of the oven. After these 15 minutes, we heat up and down and lower the temperature by 20 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. After these 10 minutes, we go back down 20 degrees more and bake 10 more minutes. Our loaves of bread are ready!
